I also encounter this problem. I did 2 different thing in User Permission but I can't remember which error belong to which ones, change the user Level and change the permission. Here's the error message I got from Debug mode.
Code:
Couldn't delete auth access info

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'AND auth_mod = 0' at line 3

DELETE FROM nuke_bbauth_access WHERE group_id = AND auth_mod = 0

Line : 175
File : /usr/local/www/beta/u60-65/modules/Forums/admin/admin_ug_auth.php

and
Code:
SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near ' 1)' at line 2

INSERT INTO nuke_bbauth_access (forum_id, group_id, auth_mod) VALUES (1, , 1)

Line : 385
File : /usr/local/www/beta/u60-65/modules/Forums/admin/admin_ug_auth.php
