Can't access forum on a site due to admin error.

Hi

Sorry but i'm new and i was wondering if you could help.

A mate of mine who is admin on a site I joined changed my username on my account I was logged in. As far as my computer is concerned i'm logged in however instead of saying log out it say log in. I also cannot access the forum a white box is there instead with informtion written above it. When I click log in it goes to this information page.
My mate has now also deleted my account but it hasn't helped.

Can anyone help me please? I'd really appreciate it.

this is not the right section for this post.

Since your username was changed, you will have clear all the cookies sent from the nuke site you are trying to access (clear your cache while you're at it) and then log in again. The site will send you a new cookie. That should fix your problem.
