i think thats why he gave it up as, there was a forum topic i noticed from him that he was upset and was going sue if it contued or make people pay for the php.
i guess he decided to give it completely up so they would complain. don`t blame him its downright ungratefull to not to give someone credit when you use his work 2 years work.
