What to choose? googletab vs googlifier vs next-gen?
Can anyone suggest which one is better?

It's really confusing when same projects come up like this.
which project is currently active?

I would like to go with current active project for future support.

Thank you
Smile

IMHO, I like Next-Gen as far as results go.

GoogleTap is dead. Most people use it anyway since its the first available, but there is no support for it now.

That's the spirit.

Though in an open source community, nothing is truly ever dead. Just decaying slowly.

Thank you for the replies.
Quick replies truly amazing..

I have to apologize first for my duplicate postings here on forum..
I was kinda desperate to have my site indexed on goolge, I have posted duplicate articles on this nukecops forum.

I admit that I am wrong to do so..
sorry about that.

I am using googletab about a week now. But.. since I am upgrading to newer version of Phpnuke, I wanted to find newer version of similar project. About 3 of similar projects were found.

I will try GT-NExtGEn as recommended. Smile
Thank for the input.

BTW, Could someone give me advice on robots.txt?
I posted the question and haven't got a clue to solve it.

Thank you all for great support.

Well I'd be happy to update GoogleTap for later versions of phpNuke, if I get the time to do so. As well, some other outdated scripts from NC. Its just seems no one else has done it yet. Smile

I am new to googletab/Gt-nextgen/googlifier, too.
They are for converting dynamic URLs to Search Engine Friendly URLs..

I have modded my nuke and had problems with both gt and gt nextgen but googlifier installed without a hitch. So I guess it depends on how much time you want to spend on installing and how much you have modded it.
