Problem with javascript and phpnuke 6.5

For me is very important to have banners on my web site. Tradedoubler send me the banners under a javascript code. With the nuke 6 i did not have any problem but now with the version 6.5 I CAN'T PUT JAVASCRIPT CODES in the modules. When I paste the code into a module the nuke go to index.php.

I have read various theats but any helps me.

Is this a bug of 6.5?
