There are three problems I can't find/fix on my 6.5 forum. Analyzer says everything is ok.

Avatars don't show up. I checked the path in the little red x box and get a modules/Forum/images/avatars/gallery/gallery/myavatar.gif error. I know the problem is the double gallery where there should be only one and I'm pretty sure the problem is in the Your Account index.php, but what do I fix?

The Who is Online at the base of the forum pages has a 2002 date on it. I haven't changed the template or done any tweaking, so where does that come from & how do I fix it?

Members can't upload avatars. The folder is CHMOD'd correctly. I get an error message pointing to the admin usercp_avatar.php file. This is CHMOD 644. I thought perhaps that was a problem and tried CHMOD 777, but same result.

If this has been covered before, please excuse me because I have been looking and didn't find anything exactly corresponding to my problems. Any help is much appreciated.

First of all, I believe the module name is Frums (with an 's'). Fix your path in your Forum Configuration. Try modules/Forums/images/avatars
