I know it is kind of vague but thats about all I know about that.

This refers to comments that people can leave on your stories on your main page. There is three choices. No moderation, Moderation by Admin, or Moderation by Users.

Basically you can have no moderation so that anyone can leave comments or you can have it so the comments must be approved prior to posting.
