(FIX) "whos online" showing as admin user

Ive looked and changed and looked even more and still cannot figure out where this feature is.

When you hit the actual forum and at the bottom where it shows the names of those who are surfing the forum online. Where do you add those who show up as Administrators instead of Moderators?

Any help would be greatly appreciate. Thxs in advance.

Keep your admin login, but logout as user. From admin menu panel, open phpBB Forum admin. In forum admin page, edit your "user account" from user admin management. Set the user level as administrator. Save the change. Now login as user account, browse to forum and watch if your name turned yellow.

Thanks mad for the quick response.

I went into the 'User Admin ' then 'Management' and I didnt find any option for user level listed? I tried searching the page for 'user' just to be sure I wasnt over looking it in my sleepy state (just got off work).

Ichick, sorry for wrong instruction. Embarassed

It's not in "management", but in "Permission".

Here the step:

Under "User admin", click "Permission".
Type the username, then click on "Lookup User"
From the user level dropdown at the top, select "Administrator"
Optionally, you can adjust forum mod permission for this user
Click "Submit" button at the bottom.

If you having problem to set user permission with bb2nuke 2.0.7 or below (getting phpbb debug error), you can refer to this link for patch:

The step above work properly with my hack instruction on that topic.
