While I like the idea of 'block-Ban_list.php', it doesn't match my site too well. I wanted something along the lines of the PHP-Nuke 'block-Last_Referers.php' block. So, I've been tweaking the PS 'Ban_list' script.
I've cleaned up the code, simplified the look, got '$bannstoshow' working, got it to scroll with Mozilla, et cetera. It looks like a perfect match now.
If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll put it in the download section. If nothing else, it'll show you how to get the 'number of bans to display' feature working...
