I know that PHPNuke can work with postgresql via the abstraction layer. But that we don't have a good pure posgressql .sql file and we don't push people in that direction with NC Beta. I think it would be a good idea to start since it is already a long way ahead in being 2.0 compliant where as mysql while saying it is compliant blantantly disreguards some things.
