New Modules Not Showing Up

I installed Zclassified and the Module does not show up to activate it, so I created a test folder in the modules directory and that did not show up either.

Why wouldn't new modules show up in the admin section? what can I do to fix this?

Make sure the permissions are set to 664 on the folder.

have you installed the modules tweak and removed it again?

I actually have the Nukescripts User Groups & Module Categories Integration that Bob did. Should I inform him of this problem?
