Looking for the theme page that controls colors for the table or cell that holds alll of the blocks on the farthest left side of the page (modules, etc.)
I've found what I was looking for everwhere but this one last object.

Required:
setting Page background to color of choice in the CSS file
bgcolor in left_center and center_right html pages.
bgcolor in theme_header in theme.php

If you're only working with one theme for the site, you can go into the blocks themselves and hard code it.

Yessir.
I figured out how to create a template based on 3D and have been on a roll since.
