EASY fix... in the table structure make sure faq_Answers and faq_Categories are both capitalized... by default they ARE NOT!
Just wanted to say I was having problems with my FAQ section not being able to add anything in it and I made these simple changes above using the myphpadmin and fixed it in a matter of 5 minutes.
