I have the user info block installed that has the avatar, security code login and user details. But if I log out of that I still see the admin blocks and other areas of the site that an anonymous users should not see. Has anyone experienced this? And what can I do to fix this?

The Administration block that you see should have a separate Logout. Do you see it? If so, then click it. The 2 are separate and you are still logged in as Admin. Remember that you probably created an adminuser with the same name when you setup nuke. You then logged in using admin.php, correct?
