nuke 6.5 error module-sql_layer report

Hello,
my php nuke is v. 6.5
and my problem is: i installed friendfinder 2.12 module,
then i found an addon for your account module which make the registration one -"Your_accountFF"(that's mean the user doesn't need to register first in standart reg and then to friendfinder reg.) but when user click "register" > fill username, email, pass click "next" to proceed to the description registration this error message appears ot the top
"Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /html/includes/sql_layer.php on line 286"
,i tryed to insert on line 287 "echo mysql_error(); " to show me more but it doesn't show me more about the error
then i installed erweiterte sql-layer.php für 6.5 and again
nothing more about the error appears
but the error message changed to "Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in html\includes\sql_layer.php on line 289"

PLEASE help how to fix my problem?
