when i klick the Splatt configuration in the admin panel i get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare head() (previously declared in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\header.php:29) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\header.php on line 28

I use IIS 5 and windows 2000 server
