Each new forum needs a moderator to be assigned to it, else it won't show.

how and where do i create a moderator or super moderator and give them total access? how does the forum determine the super moderator/moderator,users ? what is the min post for, max post for, and special rank for. also how do you make images appear as their post icon image?

To make users moderators of the forum go to nuke's admin section, click on forums and once in the forum's admin section you should see: Preference Forum Ranks Users Maintenance Click on Forum, here you'll see your avalable forum categories listed, click on Edit Forum on each now you should see your forums for that category, click on Edit and in this new window select your desired moderator, just highlight his/her name on the scrollable list, click save and do the same thing for the rest.
The ranks are the title each user will have depending on his number of posts, you decide how many posts are needed to reach each rank by entering the desired number under max posts.
Don't think Splatt allows users to upload their own avatars, it does allow attachments though, hope this helps a bit.
