How can I make it so subscribers can see the top banner? Everyone can see the top banners but my subscribers.

I thought I might be missing a setting in Admin. I have a banner now that shows up for all users BUT subscribers. I want that same banner to show up for all users including subscribers.

ahhhh.... Now I think I understand.

Seems to me that I remember something about the subscribers system set up to where a subscriber would not see ad banners using the Nuke original ad banner system....

I would take a look in the Banners module code...

I'm using 7.9 and there is no Banners Module
