I got 7.9 phpnuke installed now , got my new xybernex theme on it and the fricken 7.9 is crap. Lots of bugs , i've dicussed this matter with other admins on nukecops and the html code for news etc. don't work at all.
Sure i can add a link , wow , i want to add thumbnail pictures in and link them out _blank etc. and the code never works and i've been nuking for 4+ years. I've looked through all the files i know of. I try regular html code like target _blank (not exact code because it might code it here hehe) and the <img src code , [img and [/img codes (missing parts of course on purpose here) and i get nothing but junk or a link but no pic.
i tried searching for the file or searching these forums for help , but to my dismay , none.
I get admins who say " did you trying commenting this or taking this code out or adding this in?" , with the new admins on nukecops they are pretty unspecific as of which file , what code and to make it a bit easier or they just don't even know , im not sure.
I'm merely asking for an answer if anyone has found one , not pounding on someones work that was released full of bugs before tested like a crash test dummy first.

Why did they have to mess with the old way html was coded in phpnuke in the first place , the new system since the last 4 updates sucks.
