PhP Static Url Rewrite Mod

I have currently zealously added the phpBB static URLs mod_rewrite 1.0.0
from Able2know.com's Craven de Kere.

Yet to my chagrin, it did not appear to work. This is my second attempt and I am absolutely positive I did it correctly.

Has anyone else had trouble with this one?

Or better yet, does anyone have a better Static URL rewrite mod??

Able2know.com's Craven de Kere supports ONLY phpbb not nuke which has the code rewritten in different files.
