we have had the site up for over a year now, but just started getting an error this morning

OK, I admit to being a complete novice...I suddenly have exactly the same error on a site I've been using for learning/experimentation for about two months. How do I "check the database" and what am I looking for?

Use phpMyAdmin to verify what is in your config table
Found and used the "fixtheme" file in the README. Worked like a charm. Whatever it was, that little "fixtheme" utility reset it. Just posting this reply cuz it may be of use to others with similar problems. One thing I have figured out about Nuke: alot of the glitches seem to have multiple possible causes and multiple possible fixes
