Is it possible to make an guestbook for every member (I cant find one), so that every person who registrate on your site will get an guestbook open to public (registreted members too) so they can write too each other?

There is one: It's called Userbook and was made by 4n-community. The website to 4n-community doesn't excist anymore.
The users can add photos to their guestbook, and other members can write in it.
I use it on my website, so you can see how it looks there, but it is in Norwegian. Click on photo on the top right, and then click on the words "til bruker-album" under the photo.
If you like it, but can't find the files on the web, let me know, and I'll try to find the original files on my computer.
