Have any of you webmasters felt the need to incorporate? I host a motorcycle web forum and I am looking into writing off some expenses and possibly selling parts through my site.
What type of corporation would you suggest? Is any type better suited to a web forum? ...LLC vs. S-Corp vs. General
Right now it is only myself involved in the business.

I have my site registered as LLC. If you are planning to have a small business, LLC is the way to go.
