This is a problem I've noticed with various languages and on two different servers.
If a user creates a new thread at the forum for example and he writes the Subject in other language than english the subject is shown like this @#$$&&&&%##@@ but the Message body is just fine. I have tried this with various languages and I've checked the encoding at some php files and it was correct. The linux server also had support for that language so I can not image what is wrong...
Does anyone have an idea on what is going on ? A friend of mine has the same setup but this problem does not appear on his phpNuke site and he is using older version than mine. I'm using the latest one.
