Im Getting Securtiy Problem -- HELP --

i just installed php nuke and found it easy until i made a super user. i made the user and went to change setting etc.. first i clicked on prefences it says access denied! my sites at http://www.pcplayground.com/spid3r

please help im tryin to get my site up as soon as possible i also put the cHmod to all folers and directories as the idiots guide said
