Are there any known ways to increase the speed of browsing the forums? On mine it can tage <b>ages</b> to move between different forums/topics, etc.

It says for 2.0.0 - 2.0.6 but I've noticed measurable speed up on my installations with 2.0.7 and 2.0.8.
