Which I get by accessing Nukediva as a registered member by a dial up with the major telephone provider/ISP
So I reckon that rules out at least half the users in my Country.

Well thats somthing you must talk to nukedivas admin about. I just give them the posibility it´s up to each admin to make theire own shoice

billybiker, I am sorry you had a problem accessing one of my sites (NukeDiva). No one complained to me, so I didn't know anyone was having a problem. I have turned proxy ban off, and I hope you will visit again soon. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you run into access (or any other) problems on any of my sites.
I had the proxy ban on to see what kind of numbers I got from exploit attempts. As I figured, attacks dropped to only 2 attempts when a proxy couldn't be used.
