The AvantGo module was coded so that it would display images/logo.gif as the image in that module, no matter what you changed through the Administrative settings. To have it display the admin defined site logo, apply this fix:

Open up modules/AvantGo/index.php

Change:

Code:
echo "\t<img src=\"images/logo.gif\" alt=\"$slogan\" title=\"$slogan\" border=\"0\">


to:

Code:
echo "\t<img src=\"images/$site_logo\" alt=\"$slogan\" title=\"$slogan\" border=\"0\">


Save and upload to your webserver.

Now, whatever you define as the site logo through the Administrative settings, will appear in the AvantGo module.
