Forum time zones problem

I realized that the forum time zone settings are wrong for my country and so all times were wrong in the forum. then from the forum admin panel i changed it to the right setting which is GMT +2

but there was no change, because there is this option in the user profile and i had to change it from my profile then it was ok. but all my members are using the old and wrong setting now. now how can i change it? my site is not an international one and i have nearly 2000 members. is it possible to set all members time zone to GMT +2

type this into phpMyAdmin's SQL page when you've got ur database selected

UPDATE nuke_users SET user_timezone='2'

change nuke to whatever table prefix u use.
