WOW, I have been trying to get this for 3 months.
I have a ? tho.
your code says to find this.
| Code: |
| $user_avatar = "$user_avatar"; |
I only have this under "function saveuser"
| Code: |
| $user_avatar = "gallery/$user_avatar"; |
and this
| Code: |
| $user_avatar = check_html($user_avatar, nohtml); |
Also, in the post, there are 2 sections to make a change to the $db->sql_query
Is this a duplicate?
Thanx for the help, and thank you for taking the time to fix a VERY annoying bug in NUKE. |

Ive been working on avatar problems with nuke/phpbb 6.9. and would be interested in seeing what verson your fix if for..
I havent seen the problem your talking about. My fix keeps the your_account/user_info section from causing problems with avatars.
It addresses the problems conserning the different locations of avatar galleries.

What do you mean by Auto-delete.. I use php-nuke/phpbb 6.9
I have an avatar fix at http://nukecops.com/postt16841.html
The only problem I seem to have now is that after I delete an avatar under forums/profile and go back to Your_accoun/your_info and add an avatar then the forums can't see it because its avatar type was set to 0. This seems to be addressed by your first posted fix.
I have not had any avatars "auto-deleted". I would like to no how to recreate the problem...
Please feel free to visit my site at http://s88920839.onlinehome.us/
login as "hot" with password of "hothot" and see if you can duplicate the problem...
Im wondering what problem your second post addresses and if its necessary for my version. |

I have made the changes but it does not fix my problem. The default avatars are in ../modules/Forums/images/avatars/gallery/
But after selecting in user info both forums and your account look to ../modules/Forums/images/avatars/ to find the file.
Any ideas?
