Hi

I have a slight problem with this block, I've installed ok as far as I can see and it does everything it should etc, but my problem is that when I view the forum the menu goes up a font size, it only happens with the forum module, any ideas please?
I'm on Nuke version 6.9 with phpBB, the site uses the fisubice theme.

Thanks in advance.

hi,

this is because your forum 'theme' (template) modify the stylesheets of your nuke when you display the forum.

if it's only the categories' titles that change, it's pretty simple : create another class, (so this one won't be changed by forum's templates) and tell to sommaire that you want to use this class.
more infos in the 'remarks' on the admin panel of sommaire. (or ask your specific questions Wink )

if it's all the links that are changed, then you should also see all links in your webpages (on all your blocks) change the same way.
there is a solution, but it'll require some slight code modification...

Hi

Thanks for your reply, I'm a bit new to nuke and you have lost me I'm afraid, The titles in your block are ok, they stay the same, it's all of the links in that block only which change, sorry to sound a little stupid, but your help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

ok, you can try THIS FILE

replace the /blocks/block-Sommaire.php with the file in the archive.

==> now your links will be displayed with these options :

font= Verdana, Helvetica (displays verdana, and if the font is not found then it'll display helvetica)
size=10 pixels.

you can change these values : edit block-Sommaire.php and find the line :
Code:

$linksclass="style=\"FONT-SIZE:10px; FONT-FAMILY:Verdana, Helvetica;\"";

and change to what you want.

in v.2.1 final you won't have to change manually in the file. Wink

if you want more help, give me the url of your website so i can check what are the correct font/size for your links.
