Have you tried accessing this from another site to see if it is limited to one computer?

Very Happy I found a fix! I think.... I had the same problem and I tried everything, but the problem was this:

You know how it's reccommended to take the config.php file out of your html directory (or whatever)? Well, I had originally followed that and forgot about it. I recently moved it back just to see if it'd work, and *BLING!* my Forums admin page shows up now! I'm still trying to find a way to keep the config.sys out of my html directory without messing up the forums admin page...

Note that the above will fix you getting into the admin panel.

I havent found the fix for the blank white page instead of the forums... yet.
I have the same bug with an install I did an hour ago. I did the admin fix so I could create a category and forum. But clicking on forums link brings up blank white page. I probably missed something, but have been searching here for an hour now for a fix.
