Need to hire for custom module and new register hack

I am seeking some one with a LOT more experience with Nuke than me.

I need do do a few things. I am running nuke6.5bundle, intigrated phpbb, NSN_your_accoutn650, and other mods from Raven, theme from rigsnet, etc. I just do not have enough knowledge to do what I need to.

Here is what I need.

1. When members register a new account I need a field for "referred by" and this made available easily to admin, what would be preferred is referring member icon in forums showing how many people they have referred, but admin knowing is main desire.

2. I need a module/modules to acomplish the following:
Create a form or page for admin viewing and editing that when the admin "approve" a new member, a line is added to this form for that member. It will need fields like approved date and end date, I need it to default to one week for the end date and then automaticly "suspend" the user on that end date. Admin will need to be able to go in and edit that end date, but need it to default to one week. What I have is new sign ups get one week free, then they have to pay to stay on as a member. So when admin receive payment, they can extend the end date manulay to what ever the new end date is. (The suspend and approve functions are already part of the nsn_your_account_650 mod.)

Any one capable of tackeling this, please post here with your estimated cost, or email me with it please. I would like to do this as soon as possible.
