Can't get the site to load over here in the States... so can't see what it's doing. Can you describe it?

You say you don't know what you did wrong yet you did everything. I tried to bring your site up and got Nothing. No page, just keeps trying to load.
Do you have all the Nuke files in your Root directory? Or did you just upload the entire html folder to your root directory on your FTP?

His site is loading for me now, but something wierd.
All the blocks that "usually" are on the left after a fresh install are all on the right. And the right blocks are missing.

Appears to me to be a theme problem. If he is using an outdated theme, that may be the issue right there.

It's loading for me now, and it looks fine.. blocks are all on correct sides, no parse or other errors...
