Hey nukecops,
I was wondering if you could help me out with a little problem im having with the forum installed with php-nuke, considering you are the guys that fixed it up to work with php-nuke. I have installed php-nuke 6.9 and everything works great, except for the forum... I installed the database as instructed through myphpadmin without a hitch but when I go to the forum it has several different errors, the same applies when I try to view anything that is related to the forum itself. There is really only one error I get when I try to view the page it's "Warning: Cannot add header information ..." the page works otherwise showing what it is supposed to show it just displays an error. I didn't change or mess around with anything (ie. editing files) it just happened like that. To solve the problem I have tried numerous times to start over from scratch deleting all the .php files the db and re-installing it, yet the error still occurs. If you have any suggestions to help me out please reply to this message or send my a pm. Thanks alot or the help, if you can, I can also give more info if needed like my website to see the actual error first-hand...

Yes I used the forum that came with php-nuke 6.9. I didn't download it the phpbb site. I just installed the php-nuke and the database (named nuke.sql) from the php-nuke 6.9 zip file. I download php-nuke 6.9 from php-nuke.org and then got the error on the page when I installed it, do you want to know my site so you can see the error?

Thank you

Well I already have a domain and a hosting company that offeres very copetitive prices. I also have choice over operating systems and it has all the little fixings that will keep me happy, not to mention one of the most realyable servers that I have ever seen (it's up for 99.9% of the time). I dont want to spend any money, considering php-nuke is freeware. I just want <u>ANY</u> version of php-nuke with a working forum without any errors on it. I don't have a problem with makeing my own themes, I just want the bloody thing to work (without errors)... |

Try placing an .htaccess file in your nuke root directory that contains this line
| Code: |
| PHP_FLAG output_buffering on |
If you already have an .htaccess file then just add that line to it. |
