Sticky Threads in Splatt forum

I want to be able to make a thread in the forum alway at the top of the list with the newest posts beneath it.
is this a feature or do i need a different forum?

most people just use phpBB now. I think Splatt has that feature though.

is there a way to move the content from splatt to phpbb or would i need to start from scratxh? i have done some minor skinning work, but i already have the forums up

have a search in the forums, there's been posts about this b4. To my knowledge, there isn't a script - but - I seem to remember a response from chatserv which might - note might - have been a link to a site with a script for it.
