(User Info | Send a Message) | I too am running the current upadte/fixes etc.
There are manual instructions to manually edit the files in the README and INSTALL files of the Admin 1.4 addon.
I installed it on my 7.1 site with phpbb 2.0.8 and it works AWESOME. Very simple yet powerful addon. Cudos to the author!
