(User Info | Send a Message) | No dar63 the code was ok and worked on most themes except a few.
However I included $name, under fuction themeheader
this line
global $admin, $user, $banners, $sitename, $slogan, $cookie, $prefix, $db, $nukeurl, $anonymous; and jobs a gud-un.
