(User Info | Send a Message) | The issue with "actual user status" was resolved some time ago. If you have installed the service packs etc, then perhaps you have missed a file somewhere.
Saying that anyone responds to you arrogantly does nothing to bolster your request for support, especially given the fact that we have been unable to re-create your problem.
If you choose not to search for answers to your questions here, that is entirely YOUR choice. However, you would be hard pressed to find the kind of support we offer here anywhere else.
