However, if you browse phpnuke.org, nukecops.com and computercops.biz you will see that PHP-Nuke is infected by Brazilian hackers more than any other ethnic group. In fact the past year if memory serves me correctly, I haven't seen anything other than Brazilian hackers invading PHP-Nuke sites.
I'm all for being fair. If this was Russian Hackers, or Polish Hackers, or Chinese Hackers, or Australian Hackers that time and time again bothered PHP-Nuke sites then someone like you would say someone else is being a racist.
Personally I don't care who it is, we're all human.
Lastly, you can't change how someone thinks. I can't change your valuation of allevon just like I can't change allevon from unbanning the whole 200 block. I'm not in the business of preaching to the world. You all can do what you like to your own websites, just like how I run nuke cops.
