How do I know if you have a site? It doesn't come up. Maybe your a hacker distribution site? So I don't know. Since 70% of your users are Brazilians, maybe you should put put a big message to them that enough is enough. I wouldn't doubt if more than 50% of your 70% are hackers and they are making the good ones suffer. The ball is in your court and you can make the difference.
