Be careful when you use the term "stolen". I mentioned in the article that the template was converted from PSD to phpnuke. The theme might be originated at the specific website. But as you can see there are some clear differences in the template you referred here and the one i just released.
Differences:
1) your one is wider, mine is only around 800px width.
2) your header has a search box and the buttons are on the left hand side. But mine is on the right hand side.
3) There are "1", "2" symbols on the title bar of the news, block boxes on my version of the template
4) my template footer has icons.
5) block and news box design is quite different.
So, there you go. And if you are affiliated with the specific website, you should know that if you buy a template from that website you are allowed to distribute it "ONLY" if you do some major modification.
Now, my question to you, why are you complaining even if someone is distributing paid template for free on the net? Is that jealousy or you are too innocent?
You don't need to PM me and use unwelcome languages. If you are interested in any legal dispute, i insist, please bring it on. I deal with law everyday.
