Re: Raven's MySQL Update Utility (Score: 1) by Raven on Thursday, August 07 @ 10:11:31 CEST (User Info | Send a Message) http://ravenphpscripts.com | Your tool box needs to contain all manner of tools. Each tool (like a screwdriver) has a purpose even though there are many kinds. This tool is for a very distinct purpose. phpMyAdmin is very daunting for the new user, regardless as to whether it is in cPanel or stand alone. I can promise you that many people will welcome this 'addition' to their toolbox. And it will make our job here at NC even easier when we don't have to explain how to use phpMyAdmin for the little tasks!
Seriously, I don't look at this as 'training wheels'. Why buy an $800 table saw when a $39.95 one will get the job done ! |
