I think that if you manually create teh database by executing the nuke.sql file in phpMyAdmin that your problems will be fixed.

if you are going to utilize phpNuke for an ecommerce site, I would suggest using a distro called osc2nuke. It hase exactly what you are looking for.

A Parse error is generated from invalid syntax. In order to help with this, you need to post the few lines before and after the line creating the error.
