Why ZClassified doesn't give any option for ads must be approved by Admin b4 it can appear ?

Ok, I though my $nukeurl/modules.php?.... doesnt work so I just declare variable $nukeurl="http://www.mysite.com" .... it works.
Maybe due to I changed $prefix .. and $userprefix to my own or what ... |
