It depends on the site. Some sites wouldn't generate enough traffic to send any hits, while others may send quite a few, it is a gamble.

I got it fixed...I opened my saved backup, deleted the new text out of the "nuke_config" table, then dropped that table through phpMyAdmin, then re-added the new code that I had fixed.
