PHP-Nuke: Patch your PHP-NUke powered website
SecurityA website defacing contest has been announced as expected to occur on the 6th of July, said attack is not advertised as being aimed solely at PHP-Nuke powered websites but that doesn't mean you shouldn't take measures focused on making sure you at least have the latest security and bug fix patches, while these in no way guarantee you will be protected against all attacks possible at least you will be protected against the attacks that have been documented so far. These are some of the patches available:

For PHP-Nuke 6.0:
Security Fixes for PHP-Nuke 6.0.
PHP-Nuke 6.0 Security Fixes 2.

For PHP-Nuke 6.5:
PHP-Nuke 6.5 Bug-Sec Patch 3
Sec-Fix Patch 4 for PHP-Nuke 6.5.

Fixes for previous versions can be found at NukeFixes but you would be better served by upgrading to a more recent version.

This might sound stupid but I'm not sure if I have sec patch 3 applied correctly (6.5 site). I faguely remember patching it a while ago but to be honest I'm really not sure. I'm GUESSING I did it right but considering it was all done in a haze I'm just curious if there's a good way of telling? I know I have sec patch 4 updated (I did it just the other night)...if I don't have 3 patched right and then do the patch will I have to redo the 4 patch for anything?

I am currently using PHP-Nuke 6.7.

Do any of these patches work with my version of Nuke?
