Reviewers needed for PHP-Nuke book |

 swrdfghtr writes "I'm proposing a book entitled "Building Web Portals with PHP-Nuke" to a major publisher. The proposal is going well and as a final step the publisher would like to solicit some reviews of the proposal and Table of Contents before launching the project. If you're a Nuke user, I'd love to hear from you.
Here's the deal: The book will be written for relatively non-technical people ("Power Users") who want to get started with Nuke but have simply never heard of it. It will offer a complete, handholding walkthrough of installation, configuration, and customization. It'll get into some medium-level technical depth with building simple blocks and modules, customizing a theme, and so forth, but will stop short of actual hardcore PHP programming - there are plenty of books for that. I will, however, have some content for PHP programmers trying to learn about Nuke's structure.
We're looking for 5-10 reviewers to look over the proposed Table of Contents and offer their feedback. Sorry, the audience for the book isn't up for debate - this isn't going to become a hardcore "Hacking Nuke" book or anything; my goal is to really expand Nuke's audience by making it more accessible to a broader range of users.

And, in case you're wondering, this part of the project doesn't pay anything. However, I'm sure the publisher will also be in the market for one or two technical reviewers of the content (which does pay), so if that interests you, touch base.
