The main changes and modifications are :
*- FUNNY OPTION added : Notation by cursor and smiley. You give the possibility to your visitors of choosing a note by a system simple, intuitive and attracting (thanks to Olivier
*- fixed minor and major bugs
*- improvement of security - Chatserv councils (nukeresources.com)
*- little improvement in management of links in admin panel
*- size of banners is now included in database to facilitate the displaying
*- visitors can sort the sites by, name, hits in, hits out

Important :
To download Top Sites 1.4 a little
contribution is required.
Explications: Our site has for this moment some difficulties (financial
and time).
If at 23 May 2004 no solution is found, I will be obliged to close this site
with many regrets.
Our projects will be transferred in this case to another webmaster whose references
will be communicated later.
