Nuke Cops Second Social Party - Vancouver, BC, Canada |
|
 Our first Nuke Cops social took place in North New Jersey and was a success with those who showed up. We're planning on having a second social gathering, to place names to faces, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in roughly two weeks from today. More details will follow if we obtain enough replies to this article.

If you are local here, you must know it became legal a few years ago for women to go topless, so you don't actually have to go to the nude beach to see some skin. |

Lets solidify the topic... do you want a general overview of the product targetting new users, and then closing with a Q&A, or doing a whole Q&A sessions instead? I presume this would be about 1-2 hours in length with soft drinks and maybe a few munchies for the audience?
Do you want a slide presentation, or an actual network connection to a website?
I know basically you want me to cover the security components and basics of such a website, and why use such a product. But that won't cover a couple hours. How technical would you like this to be? |

Well I'm in Victoria and I'll be where ever you decide and represent some kind of phpnuke Vancouver Island contingent for sure. egads... nukecops coming to the westcoast! How exciting is that? I'm doing a "Installing PHPNuke" presentation at WEAV this week. I'll give the nukecops gathering some good spin and bring a few potential nukers with me.

One is for an actual social gathering, and another one would be for a lecture/seminar type Q&A. Now I figure I'm flying out 3000 miles, so if we pick a "central spot" most folks may be able to come out, right? ;) Distance won't be an issue... as I'll be the farthest one "commuting". |
